TwittyTunes

TwittyTunes is a FoxyTunes feature that allows you to post your currently playing songs to Twitter, Facebook, Last.fm, Y! Messenger, Y! Status, and Skype with a single click.

Get FoxyTunes

TwittyTunes supports both automatic and manual posting. You can manually send what you're listening to to services like Twitter, Y! Status and Facebook. At the same time automatically let Skype, Y! Messenger, and Last.fm know what you're listen to.

Now you can share your favorite tunes across many different sources and control how often you share. Same great TwittyTunes, now with more friends.

TwittyTunes

Older Version

You can still find the previous version of TwittyTunes as a stand-alone add-on here. TwittyTunes has been a very successful add-on companion of FoxyTunes and we wanted to bring it mainstream by adding it as a default feature. We've expanded it's capabilities to several social services and added automatic posting.

FAQs

What happened to FoxyTunesDJ?
We know that many of you like this feature so we're going to be re-imagining it in a future release. Please stay tuned.

Can I post anything I want to my accounts?
Yes you can, by using the Free Text option in the Update options drop-down you can send anything you want. Let us know what you think about the new features.

Why is it still called TwittyTunes if it works with more than Twitter?
Simple, we liked the name and you seem to as well. Twittering is becoming synonymous with broadcasting what you're currently doing, so it made sense for us to keep the name.

I like/don't like the new version. Who should I speak with?
If you have kind or constructive words about TwittyTunes, please let us know. We build things for you, our users, based on your feedback and lots of research on what you might like. Always feel free to let us know how we're doing.

Why is TwittyTunes part of FoxyTunes?
Since releasing TwittyTunes we have seen a large increase in people's desire to share what they're listening to through services like Twitter, Last.fm, etc. We figured it was time to bring this experimental feature to a larger audience by making it default.

I don't want it. Is there any way to hide TwittyTunes?
If you don't like it, you can always hide the button through the 'Configuration' menu. As always, please let us know why you like or dislike any of FoxyTunes' features.
