Summary: The Player for Creative's Nomad

Details: This player is used when playing files from your Creative Nomad. It would be nice to be able to add this to your list of supported players. It may be hard to integrate though.

Pros: Plays music from the Nomad

Cons: Winamp is a better player for playing songs from your computer.

Details: I wish I could give it a higher rating for audio quality. I got it with a new sound card and hooked up two pair of crap speakers, sounds great, better than great, unbelievable.

Summary: Media player designed to work with other Creative products

Details: Although I received this automatically when I bought a Creative MuVo mp3 player, I'm really glad it came with it. I use it instead of Windows Media Player now. I've just installed Firefox and Foxy Tunes on my new laptop and then realised that Foxy doesn't support my preferred player. Please start supporting it. Particularly as MediaSource is automatically bundled with other Creative products. I'm sure lots of people have it and use it

Pros: Nice design, good sound quality, user friendly

Cons: When bundles with MP3 players, you don't get the full version

Summary: Creative player

Details: Creative is probably the top soundcard maunfacturer. I get better sound quality from the Creative Play Center than I do with any other music device that I use on my computer. That's even with paying for extras like bass boost, better EQ's. This would probably be the best addition for Foxy tunes.

Details: Creative's media source player is great for foxytunes for many reasons. In my opinion, the most important one of them all is the organization. Creative MediaSource organizes all of your media extreamly well. You can do about anything with this little program.

Details: Just changed from the very clumsy looking Creative Play Center to this less but still clumsy looking one. Excellent Sound, great Features, the only chance to link my Creative Jukebox Zen directly to a software Player. PLEASE include in FoxyTunes, can't wait to use it.

Details: Sometimes, playlists can be difficult to manage, and it can be a little difficult to find what you're looking for on occasion, hence the two 4 ratings, but overall this is an amazing player.

Pros: Auto CD info downloader, "what u hear" recording

Cons: playlists can be confusing when setting up, not automatically sorted by track number

Summary: Escellent Player

Details: This is an excellent player which I received bundled with my Soundcard (Audigy 2ZS). It comes bundled with many useful features but lacks some other features which would be highly appreciated in a Media Player. I'm not quite sure if it can be used on a system which does not have a Creative soundcard installed.

Pros: Excellent Audio quality and the EAX effects (CMSS2) sound really great for both movies and music when your PC is hooked to a 7.1 system. Can also play DTS audio CD's

Cons: Cannot drop folders onto player to play all media files inside the folder. Cannot play two important file formats (ape and mpc)

Summary: Definitely the best choice if you use a Creative sound card

Pros: Great sound control with ample choice of effects

Cons: You need a Creative sound card - but if you do have one, then it's a pro:)

Details: I started to use MediaSource because it interfaced so easily with my Zen mp3 player. I carried on using it because the organisation of music is superb.

Details: Seems easier to create playlists than it is in Windows Media Player. Whole layout is much like WMP and it even comes with a handy popup toolbar on your desktop that give access to EAX controls, speaker settings, equalizer, ect.

Summary: A player that does it all.

Details: With their recent update, Creative has added a audio file format converter that covers most, if not all, audio formats. This one program has replaced 3 different programs that I had to manage to keep my music ordered and searchable. With a Creative music player, it can also be used to manage the music on the player. An all around well designed and implemented player.

Pros: One program does it all

Cons: Variety of features means many menus

Not only is it increadibly easy to use, it has a nice amount of features and plays audio files back flawlessly. At this point it is'nt working with foxytunes, however i am hopeful for future prospects.

Summary: A great media player

Details: Simply put, I think this is the best media player around today (except for perhaps WinAmp, which is already supported :-). It can output 24-bit 196kHz audio with ease, at perfect quality. It is esay to use and can be VERY loud if you want it to be. It has some nice skins which unfortunately get in the way of web browsing, for example if you need to change track. This is why I think that

Cons: Bit hard to add music, not free
