Summary: excellent player for the experienced audiophile.

Details: The best thing about jetAudio is that it can replace RealPlayer. I won't ever have to see "Real" ANYTHING on my PC. "Real" has been deleted and will never be downloaded or installed on ANY of my machines. Best thing that has ever happened to my PC.

Details: Jet Audio focuses on excellent sound quality and a full set of features for ripping, burning, Equalizer, watching video, creating playlists, quick access to your playlist using a graphical radio like icons in the interface where you hover over the song # and the titel is displayed. Easy access to keyboard keys to next track/stop etc... Skinable interface. With it's compliment JetCast, you can be your own streming audio DJ.

Pros: Good update support, excellent features and quality.

Cons: Can take some time to figure out how to get around the interface.

Summary: blows winamp out of the water if you can live without skins galore

Details: Functionality is wonderful. Burning CD is weak just like Winamp. But it truly is a swiss army knife of multimedia. Use it for DVD's, MP4, any type of audio codec. If you can break out of a Winamp rut like I was in, you may find yourself surprised. I am not a big eq user.(I generally use a flat setting) I will check out the other players so I can have a more educated opinion on the players in general.

Pros: Fairly clean interface, nice album feature,

Cons: Very few updates, not that I see a major reason other than CD burning issues

Summary: Gotta love JetAudio

Details: While the UI could be a little more intuitive, this player has tons of features. Easy to use, it supports many different file formats, and makes ripping, copying and encoding a breeze. Lots of bells and whistles if you like that sort of thing.

Pros: Feature rich with lots of customization potential

Summary: An extreamly good media player.

Details: It is very simple, and can be easily skinned. It can also be docked on the side s of the screen, same thing with the play list. It also has a lyrics maker, visualtions, and small programed play lists inside of a larger play list.

Pros: Very simplistic and easy to learn to use.

Cons: Cannot rip or convert to MP3

Details: A nice media player that can read all formats of media, easily skined, built in DVD player feature, internet raido, and mini-playlist.

Summary: Overall the best player out there!

Details: I've samples all of the mainstream players, from Windows media, iTunes and WinAmp, to Sonique and Irfan. JetAudio was not only the most advanced, but has some of the coolest tools, skins and plugins, as well as hardware that integrates with it. It was also the only player apart from iTunes at the time, that supported the AAC format of iPods.

Pros: Largest file format support, Frequent upgrades, can play damaged or incomplete files, excellent audio filters.

Cons: Playlist features could be better (see iTunes), Needs more users outside of Aisa.

Details: I love this player. I dont' have to worry about spy cookies or peeps knowing what media files I view. I also love the fact jet audio gives every user a free internet radio broadcasting account. no joke! you can be your own dj :-)

Cons: I wish they had their own codecs so they didn't have to use real player or windows media codecs

Summary: Is almost the only media player needed

Details: It is compatible with almost any music and video types, also plays dvd and streaming. What I like the most is that I don't need to install Realplayer and neither need to use Windows Media Player anymore. It converts and ripps very fast in many music formats, also the functions like recording do very well. It would be great that it supported quicktime.

Pros: very fast; audio and video file support; recording and conversion functions

Cons: file managing is a bit difficult

Summary: A great alternative to Musicmatch which is becoming to much of a hastle to use.

Details: Good for Library organizing but definitely not the best at it, however the Player and formats supported,etc. more than make for it. It's also good at handling Video and is on par with BS player,which has been my Choice video player for over a year. For stand alone audio players i'd go with Media Player classic or BS player.

Pros: Reasonably easy to use,once you get past the point of depending on the default display.

Cons: Could use better skins,but i don't see that being an issue with Foxy Tunes

Details: I like it because it uses less resources then either itunes or winamp. I'm voting for it because it deserves a vote. I don't like it better the itunes, but when I'm not shopping for music on itunes theres no need having it running, and jet audio does the job very well. Sound card has a lot to do with how good the music sounds as well. I have an audigy.

Details: I have tried almost all of the players out there. The sound quality is superior to them all. It supports nearly all formats and has a ton of features. It supports mp3pro files without a plugin. Pro version has great burning and ripping capabilities and will convert files to almost any format including oog and wav.

Pros: Incredible Sound Quality

Cons: A little steeper learning curve. Less skins and plugins available.

Details: Overall Jet Audio is an all around good media player with all the major features found in other players. What it lacks is that it could have better sound quality and its marketing is weak. For the amount of time its been around very few people have heard of it.

Pros: All in one Player with Cast Audio Server

Details: jet audio is the most complete audio player and is really nice for video too. there is many nice options and more in the "plus version". But the more interesting is the audio quality which is really amazing. For me it is the media with THE BEST AUDIO QUALITY you can hope.

Details: Winamp 5.1 doesn't stand a chance with JetAudio 6.2.2 Plus VX (even thou the winamp got an AAC Plus encoding). This is the best you can get and with the plus version it's incredible!! SIMPLY A MASTERPIECE THAT EVERYONE NEEDS TO GET

Details: I was tired of Microsoft's Windows Media Player. iTunes was a bit bugged for me. WinAmp is old. But this thing is great for all my music and anime movie needs!
