Pandit Vishwa Mohan Bhatt (b. Rajasthan, India, 1952) is an exponent of Hindustani music (North Indian classical music). He plays a modified version of a slide guitar called Mohan Veena which he has invented himself. In 1994 he became the first Indian to win a Grammy award (for his album A Meeting By the River, recorded with American slide guitarist Ry Cooder. He was awarded the Padma Shri in 2002.
