Jesse Houk is a DJ/remixer/producer/artist from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. He is more well known though his pseudonym, The Scumfrog for his remixes and projects including his work on Monica's "So Gone", David Bowie's "Sleeping With The Alien" and IIO's "At The End". His first release was a 3-track EP called The Watersong, in 1997. He released his first CD, Simmer, in 2004, which included the single "Music Revolution".

He has also worked as Dutch, getting his first number one on the Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart in 2003, "My Time" which he co-wrote with vocalist Crystal Waters.
