The Pancakes is the name used by Hong Kong independent female singer Dejay. She is a multi-talented and award winner lyricist, composer and singer. Her songs are usually easy to pick up melodies. The Pancakes released the first album "Les Bonbons Sont Bons" in early 2000 and her latest album is "Everyone has a Secret" (Sep 2005).

The song "gum gum gum" written for the film McDull, Prince de la Bun won the 24th Hong Kong Film Awards as "the Best Original Film Song".
