Sweetbox is a German pop group that was formed in 1995 by producer GEO. In their first year they published their first song "Booyah Here We Go" which was performed by front woman Kimberley Kearney. The following year Sweetbox released another song entitled "Shakalaka" which was performed by a different front woman Decia Bridges. Both women found success on the club scene with "Shakalaka" hitting #1 on the NYC Club Charts.

In 1997 Sweetbox hit global success with front woman Tina Harris. The single "Everything's Gonna Be Alright" hit the European Top Ten and the US Top 40 and their first album Sweetbox was was published in 47 different countries. After the hetic schedule from the previous two years Geo and Tina felt burnt out as a team, and the group spilt up in 1998.
