Styles of Beyond is an alternative rap group from Los Angeles. Members are Ryu, and Takbir, who is Bilal Bashir's younger brother. They worked together with alternative rap pioneer Divine Styler. Their song "Subculture" also appeared on the soundtrack for the video game Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2. They are also two of the members Mike Shinoda's side project Fort Minor. They are actively touring with Shinoda to promote the group debut release, The Rising Tied. They are currently signed to Linkin Park's label, Machine Shop Recordings.
