Stephen Victor Tallarico (born March 26, 1948 in Yonkers, New York), better known as Steven Tyler, is the singer and co-songwriter in the band Aerosmith, formed in Sunapee, New Hampshire in the early 1970s. He is of Italian, Native American (Cherokee), and Russian descent.

During his childhood and teenage years, he was sometimes made fun of for having a small head and huge lips.
