Stephen O'Malley is a musician, predominantly a guitarist, who has started and participated in numerous drone doom and death/doom bands. Currently he is in the bands Sunn O))), Ginnungagap and Khanate.

He is also a graphic designer, producing album covers and posters for bands such as Earth, Boris and Probot, just to name a few (a portfolio of his work is available at his website).
