Rob Dean is a British musician, who played guitar on early albums by the British band Japan. Left Japan frustrated with the lack of roon for his guitar work in this band.
Later he played on some Gary Newman tracks as well as Sinead O'Conner's first record. He also worked with Jansen Barbieri and Karn on a 1995 compilation album and a number of other works on the their Medium label.
