Old Skull was a punk rock band from Madison, Wisconsin in the late 1980's and early 1990's. They signed to Restless Records and recorded two albums: Get Outta School (1989) and C.I.A. Drug Fest (1992). The band is notable for the ages of its members; when they formed in 1989, the three band members (J.P. Toulon, his brother Jamie Toulon, and Jesse Collins-Davies) were all nine years old.
