Marty Casey is a Chicago-based musician and the lead singer of the band The Lovehammers. Casey is a modern rock-based singer who competed in the reality show Rock Star: INXS. Casey made it to the final two of the competition, but lost to the eventual winner J.D. Fortune.

During the competition, Casey gained a lot of respect of the INXS band members as well as the fans. His performances were consistently given high marks. During the competition he performed an original song called "Trees" which became a fan-favorite.
