Lost And Found is a Christian rock band from the United States. They are originally from Lewiston, New York, although they have lived in many locations throughout the United States. While happy to wear the title, Lost And Found never sought out to be labled as a "Christian band."

The style of their music is called speedwood; a genre or subgenre of their own creation, also referred to as acoustic thrash. The band consists of two members. Playing guitar is Michael D. Bridges and George R. Baum plays piano, recorder, drums, and occasionally the slinky. Bridges and Baum are also the owners of their own independent record label, Limb Records.
