Jesu is an drone doom band formed in 2003 by Justin Broadrick following the breakup of Godflesh. Beginning initially as a one man project, the project included bassist Dermot Dalton and drummer Ted Parsons in late 2003. Their first release is the Heartache EP, with Broadrick playing all of the instruments. The first full length release features all of the members.
