Grant-Lee Phillips (born September 1, 1963, Stockton, California) is an American singer-songwriter, previously a member of the band Grant Lee Buffalo. In 1995 he was voted best male vocalist by Rolling Stone magazine. In 1999 Phillips went out on his own.

He plays a recurring minor character on the television series Gilmore Girls.
