Frank Klepacki is a video game music composer. The most famous of his works are probably those for the Command & Conquer series; where he composed songs that helped to greatly bolster its popularity, such as "Act On Instinct" and "Hell March". In addition, he's created music for the Lands of Lore series, Westwood's Dune games, the Legend of Kyrandia series, Blade Runner, as well as having provided voiceovers, such as that of the renowned GDI Commando, Havoc who plays in Command and Conquer Renegade.

From 1995 to 2000, Klepacki was the drummer in the band Home Cookin', a now defunct local band in Las Vegas that received a lot of critical acclaim during their run.
