Dr. Ring-Ding, real-life name Richard Jung, (born June 2, 1970 in Münster) is a German Ska and Reggae artist.

First, he performed by the name Prof. Richie senior as the trombonist in the band El Bosso & die Ping-Pongs. At Christmas 1992, he founded the band Dr. Ring-Ding & the Senior Allstars which dissolved in October 2002. Dr. Ring-Ding was considered to have a excellent mastery of the Jamaica singing style, Toasting.
