Da Beatminerz are a hip-hop production duo from Brooklyn, New York. Comprised of Mr. Walt and DJ Evil Dee, they formed in 1993. There are currently three other members in the group, Baby Paul, Chocolate Ty and Rich Black. They released their first album in 2001, Brace 4 Impak on the Rawkus label. 2004 saw the release of Fully Loaded w/Statik. They are known for their dark, gritty sound that is very popular with the underground hip-hop scene.
