Chris Stein

Chris Stein (born January 5, 1950 in Brooklyn, New York) is co-founder and guitar player in the popular group Blondie . He was diagnosed with a rare and usually fatal genetics disease called Pemphigus in 1983.

He was diagnosed with a rare and usually fatal genetics disease called Pemphigus in 1983. After a long battle with the disease, he fully recovered. As of 2005, he is still touring and recording music with Blondie. He married actress Barbara Sicuranza in 1999. They have two daughters, Akira and Valentina.
