Carl Wayne (August 18, 1943 - August 31, 2004), real name Colin David Tooley, was the lead singer of Birmingham rock group The Move, who had hits with Flowers in the Rain and I Can Hear the Grass Grow. He left for a solo career in 1970.

Wayne was born in Birmingham in the UK.
