Boyracer is a power pop band which started in Leeds, UK, during the 1980s. Early in their career, they had several singles released by Sarah Records, despite their sound being somewhat faster and harsher than most of their labelmates. It is now based in the United States; the lineup includes front man Stewart Anderson, who is also owner of the 555 record label and his wife Jen Turrell.

Fan favourite and former drummer, Ged McGurn, now fronts the Leeds-based psychedelic noise popsters, Downdime.
