Bebo Valdés (*October 19, 1918, Quivican (Cuba)) is a well-known Cuban Jazz-musician. He started his career as a pianist in night clubs of Havanna during the 1950s and has from then on achieved a significant popularity as composer and arranger. He is the former director of the famous Tropicana Club in Havanna.

He is the father of the pianist Chucho Valdés
