Bayside is an alternative rock band signed with Victory Records. They formed in Long Island, New York in 2000. They have appeared on the charity album From Brooklyn With Love alongside Taking Back Sunday, Brand New and The Reunion Show. This was a compilation album made to benefit the victims of the September 11th terrorist attacks. They had previously released an EP and taken part in several compilations with Dying Wish Records before moving to Victory Records where they have recorded two albums.

On October 30, 2005, at approximately 12:30 AM in Cheyenne, WY, after leaving their Boulder, Colorado show, Bayside's tour van hit a patch of ice, skidded off the road, and flipped over. Drummer John "Beatz" Holohan was killed and Nick Ghanbarian was seriously injured. Anthony and Jack luckily escaped with minor injuries. Bayside will rejoin the "Never Sleep Again" tour, which includes Aiden, Hawthorne Heights and Silverstein, starting on December 16th, in St. Petersburg, FL playing acoustic sets.
