Amfibian is the name given to the band led by American songwriter Tom Marshall, who is best known for his association with Trey Anastasio, and their collaborations in songwriting for Anastasio's band, Phish, which has broken up in August of 2004. Marshall's lyrical vision is apparent in Amfibian's 2004 release, From The Ether, and this vision is complimented by the individual talents of the other band members.
