Shinohara Tomoe (篠原ともえ) [1] was born in Higashi-murayama City (Japan) the 29th of March, 1979. She is a singer, actress, fashion designer, producer and artist.

She is known in the anime world because of the second opening of Kodomo no Omocha: Ultra Relax. But she released many other singles and albums some years ago.
