FoxyTunes was born in August 2004 and immediately gained popularity among music lovers. Its initial goals were very simple - to make listening to music with any media player on any platform as convenient and enjoyable as possible, while staying small, unobtrusive and user friendly.

FoxyTunes Planet, our new music portal, takes our philosophy of integration and universality to a whole new level by bringing many great music sites and services together in one convenient place. Together with the FoxyTunes browser add-on, the new website provides an integrated music experience that starts with listening to music with FoxyTunes on your computer and goes all the way to exploring the world of music on FoxyTunes Planet.

We are music lovers ourselves and are always listening to our users. Our goal is to constantly improve FoxyTunes and create a music experience that music lovers love.

FoxyTunes was founded by Alex Sirota (a.k.a iosart) and Vitaly Sirota, who work on FoxyTunes along with the great guys on the FoxyTeam: Alex Gutkin, Dan Malca, Eli Dubinsky, Guy Cohen, Michael Moshkovich, Nimrod Bar and Shahar Roth.
